I would also take the exhaust back pressure tube off and clean it. Or if it has damage, replace it. The exhaust back pressure sensor doesn't fail as often as others. My truck has 213,000 miles and I just put a new tube and sensor on. Ford dealer want around $137 for a sensor, but I bought a new one on ebay for $28.
