i am so sorry you have had a bad experience here. in my mind this is the best site to go to for all kinds of info, along with shootin the BS in the chat room. i assure you it was not intentional and i applogize for this and hope that this doesnt make you not want to be here.

this couldnt be farther from the truth. i see every admin, mod, or other premiuim member treat every one like they would want to be treated.

the chat room can be kind of hectic at times. if you cant get an answer then keep trying, if it doesnt work there please make a post and it will have a better chance of getting answered.
