The BBH has a very stiff spring and it adjustable to dial in the exact maximum boost that you want. Even removing the "Red line" the stock unit will start to open as the spring is weak.
The ATS housing will eliminate "Surge" that is associated with performance tunes.

The stock will remain shut if you extend the adjuster arm al the way out forcing the waste gate to stay closed.
