actualy all the guys that are ford loyal but want to get Huge power gains do the cummins swap.
theirs a company called Destroked that specializes in cumins/ford swaps But if you have much mechanicle ability and have acces to a good shop with good tools you could probly do the swap fairly simply with out buying a bunch of expensive parts. the 12 valve cummins is all mechanicle so it would actualy be easier to swap in than the powerstroke because of the lack of electronics. (the new v6 will be an electricle nightmare)
plus the 12 valve is dirt cheap to modify compaired to the other diesels Money spent vrs power gained that is.
