I have an '02 7.3 CC and am trying to decide on exhaust. Here is my delima. My truck is one of the lucky ones that came from the factory with a cat delete pipe. Just a muffler. The entire system is 3 1/2" pipe. The only mods I'm going to do is the Ford AIS system and superchips 50hp setting. I can't imagine on a basically stock truck there is a big difference between 3 1/2" and 4". So my question is what do you folks think of just replacing the muffler with a higher flowing performance muffler? Once again a 1/2" cant make that big of a difference on a stock truck. Now my next question is what muffler. I'm sick of the Dodges being the loudest trucks in town. I don't want to be obnoxious but I want to be heard. Deep, throaty, butt kicken sound. If possible. I would love to hear everyones oppinions. Thanks a ton!
