You re-use the holes that held on the turn signal assembly for the bottom of the newer head lights.
For the top side of the head lights, there are 2 tabs with holes in them that are allready a part of the header panel. with the wiring harness i bought from dfuser.com, he will send you a hardware package that includes 4 screws, washers, and retainging clips to fasten the top of the head light in place.
