Edge level 1, wouldn't that be close to stock if not stock itself? Is the boost reading from the edge?
From my uneducated analysis I would say your compressor wheel has normal wear, what's the mileage on it?
Dusted to me is a noticeable worn and damaged wheel, not just a few nicks even though the edge of that one looks a little pronounced, probably nothing to worry about. What I would do, is put your finger on the center of the wheel and see if there is any slop.

Do this as well, unplug the red hose from the wastegate and take her for a spin, you should see more than 16PSI
