Well, I checked for the leaks....None found....I did find a few nicks on the compressor blades though...Maybe the turbo is just partially "dusted" and won't put out the boost. What about the EBPV? I keep getting a code for that, but it seems to run ok, if it was stuck closed could that lower boost? Here are some decent pics of the turbo. See what you guys think....I can only guess how bad the damage is based on the blades in the jet engines I work on....and I get the impression you can't really have ANY nicks on a turbo.
