Okay your post is in the 94-98 forum but your sig says 01, if it is an 01 the difference is probably whether or not it comes with the lid if I had to guess. You can buy them either way. You need to make sure your lid is separate from the filter or buy a separate lid before buying the style filter without the lid. I use Baldwin filters with the lid attached but keep my old lid put up for future use. Also you may want to look into the prepump filter mod to save your truck in case of a bad load of fuel and prolong the life of the expensive factory filter, my replacement filters in my prefilter are only $5.
