I have a '99 with a complete Banks aftermarket kit (exhaust, turbo, control modules). I just bought the truck and don't drive it too hard, only once in awhile getting into the throttle, and then only for short periods of time. Usually my pyro is reading about 300F, once in awhile getting to 600F. I'm sure this would change dramatically if I was hauling heavy loads. The truck's too dang fast to get the pyro temp up just by throttling it empty. It'll hit 80 in no time, and the pyro barely creeps over 600 to do that. Maybe I should put a load of sand in the bed to make things fun...
