Thanks for all of the input! I have just always thought K&N was good stuff. Increase airflow and filter well. I am definitely more interested in making sure I am getting clean air into the engine than increasing the flow. I am bummed to find out that I spent all that money on the wrong friggin intake. I'm stuck with it for now so I guess I'll just get a pre-filter until I can convince the boss to let me get another one.
Get this, last time I took a trip to my hometown I only got 12 mpg, however, I changed out the fuel filter and got 14 mpg this time? I don't have a chip, but I am hoping to add some economy when I need it so I am looking at a ts chip thanks to the great input on this forum. Also looking at exhausts, which way should I go with a new exhaust? I don't want to make a similar error with this one.
