On a side note, why are you wanting to swap? If the motor that's in it now runs fine, I'd keep the 01 motor on the rocks till the 99 gives out. No sense fixing what's not broke.

or better yet start building the '01 into a SUPER POWER STROKE (yeah besides the obvious concepts like porting, cams, etc i wouldn't know where to start on a diesel)
