I have a 2001 F350 and when I am driving under normal conditions sometimes I hear a high pitched whine and I can feel a really low growling vibration on the gas pedal, the high noise is only there when I am not accelarating. When I am towing it's louder and sometimes there is also a several other noises along with previous noises. It is sounds like it is in the motor, transmission area. Could this be an exhust leak near the turbo ?

P.S. Sometimes i can hear a wine like a power steering pump and it sounds like it's under the truck.
