99 7.3L runs like it's running out of fuel(but it isn't),oil level is good,fuel is good but it starts to run like its out of fuel and loses power,if i put it in nuetral and try to rev it up ,that sometimes helps,but not for long,then it will die,sounds like it's out of fuel or it's choking or something.had a new fuel pump and fuel filter in very recently,but it's still f#*#!d.i run the code reader on it and comes up with codes p1000,p0603,p0232,any ideas on my problem?i took out the filter and checked if there was fuel getting there,and there's no problem there,the housing fills up good and everything comes through clean.so if there was a blockage of some sort in the fuel tank i'd be inclined to think that the fuel wouldn't make it as far as the fuel filter housing,so i don't think thats the problem
