Pop the hood, look under the black powerstroke cover. You'll see a round metal cylinder with a black plastic screw on cover.

I ended up needing an adjustable oil filter wrench to get mine, however if you still have an OEM oil filter lid, theres a 21 dollar tool to take off the lid with a 3/8" drive. Its on there pretty tight, you'll need something which can clamp to unscrew the lid.
