Well, If your talking a fifth wheel, My hitch has adjustments to raise and lower the front end. I can travel a total of about 8" if I went from top to bottom.
If it attaches to your receiver, Then you can always go with a drop hitch.
This atleast is easy and fast, As where flipping the axels, can be a whole day affair.
