I would have an injector contribution test and injector buzz test done. Also check the fuel pressure. I would also check the uvc ( under valve cover wiring harness) make sure it is not burned or melted. They had a problem with the connectors melting along with the wires melting and making a bad connection. But an injector contribution and buzz test should show you that.
I don't think you have a cps problem. I think it is more of an injector problem.
