Vendor Feedback

Dropping a line to give my positive feedback for 1Aauto.com!!

Thanks to Tony and Brian for taking care of the issue I had with some parts I ordered!

The parts didn't fit my truck right - we emailed back and forth. I took pictures so they could see what the issue was. I get it, stuff happens. It turns out they didn't have a solution and gave a full refund, no questions asked.

These guys really do stand behind what they sell! Great attitudes, very helpful! I've ordered from them before without issue and the way they worked with me this time definitely has me willing to order from them again.

Thanks guys!!

Another feedback for 1AAuto!! You guys have GREAT How-to videos!!

I had to replace the left front wheel/hub assembly on my daughter's 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently. She bought the part elsewhere, but when I was browsing to find information or video on how to do it - the 1AAauto 2-part video was at the top of the list. Very clear, concise and, ultimately, extremely helpful in doing that job. Thanks guys!

We did that video on my 04 Grand. I have 100,000 on those wheel bearings! Still going strong.

I also just replaced all of the old worn out shocks in it last Thursday with our economy shocks.

We test as much of our products out as possible on our own vehicles.
