The fuel filter and seperator is all in one under the plastic engine cover right in front of the radiator. Has a plastic cover you need to remove to replace the filter and a valve on the side with a yellow lever I think you turn it towards the front to open to drain the water out. Make sure you have a catch can. You can add a piece of hose to the valve first.
