wont start
after a heavy all day rain, the 99 - 7.3 wouldnt start. found water in the drivers floor board. had the truck towed to diesel mechanic. replaced a burnt up starter, replaced dead batteries, replaced the neutral safety switch. the only way we can start the truck is by jumping across the selanoid. please advise
