Hello everyone! This is my first time posting on this site, so if I say anything stupid, please forgive me. I am here, though, because I am having a pretty serious problem.
My brother has a 2001 Ford F350 dually automatic that he has been using as a service truck for his diesel repair company. The truck had two injectors going down, so I spent the better part of yesterday afternoon helping him replace them. When we finished, the truck ran like a champ.
This morning, we were going to start the truck up and drive it around a little to get a good charge on the batteries. (Before yesterday, the truck had not been driven in almost two weeks.) The truck had some trouble starting, so we took one of our other Fords (a 2006 6.0 Superduty) and jumped the service truck off. The truck started pretty easily, but we soon ran into a big problem- when we put it in gear to pull out, NOTHING HAPPENED. We put it in every possible gear including reverse, but the truck would just rev as if it were in neutral.
Now, my question is, what in the world could have so suddenly gone wrong? Is there any fuse or solenoid that we could have blown when boosting off the truck that could cause this issue? As said, the truck ran great and shifted great on our test drive just the night before.
BTW, we looked to make sure nothing had come unplugged and everything appears to be in order. I also noted that when the column shifter is moved, the actuator on the side of the trans moves as it should.
Sorry for the long post...

I just wanted to see if anyone on here might have some suggestions before we tear into this thing in the morning.
