Good to the last bite Ribeyes

So i've been experimenting here lately and think I have found a good mixture of seasonings for grilling.

I like ribeyes but sure this would work for other steaks also. And I don't measure I just kinda sprinkle till it looks good.

1. Steak (your choice)
2. Tony Chacheries (or any kinda similar cajun seasoning)
3. Onion powder
4. garlic powder
5. Cayenne powder
6. salt and black pepper

I season one side, rub it in, then season the other side and rub it in. Before cooking I like to place foil on the grill to keep the juices.

Cook to your liking (rare, medium-rare, etc...) and enjoy.

Just had one about 30 minutes ago and have to say I was very pleased with it.

Enjoy!
