Dont you have a brand new 08?? I would be in the service dept, showroom and wherever there are customs standing around raising some serious cane untill they fixed it today and not a month from now. That is just preposterous. (My $.50 cent word for the day) Tell them that you not gonna pay this months note since your money is on national backorder and see what they say then. They will say you still have to pay. Then tell them they still have to fix it today. I used to have a 95 Dodge (I know I know) that the rear end locked up at 80 MPH goin down the interstate and thank God Im still here but it was a not so fun ride. The Dodge dealership ordered the whole axle assembly because the gears were on back order. MAybe you can ask the dealership about this option.
