I had an unfortunate accident yesterday where my right rear tire lost it's tread. 75 mph + separating tire = damaged bed. After the tire blew the truck swung violently to the right side and I went off into the gravel scraping the front side of the bed against some rebar or something else metal.

The chunks of tire acted like mini-projectiles and dented/folded up the sheet metal in the wheel well area. The fender liners were ripped off (lost one of them) and the exhaust has been dented.

I'm assuming the cost of a replacement bed is higher then my insurance deductible ($500) but I was just wondering how high the costs really would be. Seems like a lot of labor to replace it.

Truck is a regular cab with the long bed (work truck).
