it is never to late
the wicked wheel wil raise the rpm that surge occures at but not elliminate it, the ATS ported houseing will elliminate surge all together. oh yeah you get quite the whistle out of the WW with a slightly slower spool up and a little less boost maybe 2or 3 lbs
