Like Logan said, I would change all the fluids & filters just to make sure they are good to go. Looks like a very clean good looking truck. If you are going to be pulling with It I would go with the gages first then a 4 in Trubo back ex with a 5 or 6 in tip. If you take care of it, it will last you a long time.
Don't know how long it will take you to get the smile off of your face when you are driving it. LOL
