Hey guys I just got back from a 12 hour round trip to see this Dodge I was talking about. The truck was beautiful, every available option, clean body, well taken care of, nice mods etc. However just like u all mentioned the motor was great but the rest just felt cheap. The steering was the main reason we didn't get it. It was extremely loose and the wheels could be turned almost 1/4 - 3/8 of a turn and the truck wouldn't move. Another problem was that it had an edge juice on stock fuel system and was only seeing 3-4 psi of fuel at WOT. and only 9-10 at idle. Also the motor was loud, WAY louder than a 01 duramax we test drove, I usually don't mind but this was a little annoying I could have lived with it though. Anyways, for a dodge enthusiast this truck is perfect. needs fuel system upgrade and some front end work. Honestly if he would have come down on his price $1500 it'd be in my driveway right now but such is life. Looks like it's either a psd or duramax on the list now.
We didn't have time to go and see the f350 but hopefully will be able to check it out this weekend.
