white smoke in a 7.3 is not from water in the fuel, it is from excessive fuel regardless what people think , everybody thinks black smoke is overfueling , black smoke is partially burnt fuel , white smoke is so much fuel that it isnt burning any of it and is alost to hydrolock condition , ask any other tech on this website, white smoke in a gas engine yes can be water , and a 6.o when the egr cooler is blown out
