sorry about no one responding. some times it's so busy around here post's get over looked. just a shot in the dark but try a fuel filter. i think the fuel pressure should only be 55 psi if no one has messed with the regulator. even shimmed it shouldn't be more then 65. white smoke is water being burned. you may have alot of water in the fuel. hopfuly some will come along and give thier $0.02
