I was at a show on Sunday and one of the other owner's wife is a licenced smog tech - She said that this is mainly to make the state some more money. Wow, no surprise there!!!
Apparently, she's gone to the workshop and heard the info above.
My truck is a Non-Catalyst truck so I asked her about my 4" turbo-back exhaust (No CARB E.O. #) - She says I shouldn't worry about it because it didn't change the 'function' of the exhaust, they probably won't look at it anyway - They're mainly concerned about the smoke.
