while you may have a valid point with the magnusson moss act you need to keep in mind that ford has far more money than a consumer and can easily afford to waste time in court while the average customer can not.

Fords not going out of there way to void warranties.. problem is no aftermarket exhaust is going to take into consideration the verturi cooler on the exhaust tip, not to mention I want to hear what material type will be used on these aftermarket exhausts, cuz 409SS or 439SS isnt going to hold up to long due to the temperatures the exhaust will encounter during regineration.
