its a different valve body assembly with a special solenoid to hold pressure on (i believe 1st and reverse clutch) when a button is pressed...most people mount the button on the steering wheel or shifter.. it lets u leave super hard off the line and u usually accompany it with a two step rev limiter that is set at a certain rpm that u want to leave off of
