breaks your trans....

It acts like a manual clutch. Once its engaged, you cant roll forward nor backward and as you press on the accelerator the engine can rpm as high as the torque converter will stall. Once the Trans-Brake is released, the power is transmitted immediately to the driveline like a clutch but with using the converter instead. I never seen one on a psd, but seen them on drag strip cars...
