Hey there guys....
I have a 2000 f350 PS, driving it to work today, suddenly lost power and smoke started pouring out of the engine compartment. Pulled over and there was oil everywhere!! I checked the crankcase and it was empty. the oil was everywhere.
In any case it was just towed to the service station. I hate that I am not working on this, but I usually do not have all the tools needed to work on the engine.
ANY thoughts on what could have happened. I have had some people say the turbo went. Some say the oil pump....not sure where to begin besides giving the engine and the rest of the truck a bath.
