I have had a '96 Stroker a couple feet off the ground and the landing wasn't bad because it was on a perfect downslope. How was the landing in your Super Duty? Unless it was on a nice downslope I am guessing it wasn't pretty or you weren't really 4 feet high.

The landing was very rough. Actually kinda happened more than once. The first time i was pissed at the ex GF and hit a set of rail tracks at about 70. When i landed i was high enough that it bounced back off the ground.
The second time i hit a washout in a field that noone knew about and i don't know how high my wheels went, but everyone that seen it said that my headlights were pointing at the sky. All that did was knock the front alignment off some.
