Can anyone tell me what EXACTLY I need to test the fuel pressure? which port etc along w/a CHEAP gauge? I'm so frustrated w/the mechanics around here. the one who helps me is NOT a diesel mechanic & his special ex-Ford employee who knows F250's is NOT HELPING!!! Just trying to get me to sell the AE to him! WHich I have to keep so I can keep everyone honest.
I DON'T work on anything without help from you guys!!! I RESEARCH every single system I can before I dive into a repair. I do have a HUGE Ford disc with diagnostic routines etc, but it is so big & hard to navigate unless I know where to start.

At this point I'm tempted to drain my fuel & check the tank for restriction. Its the only thing I know I can do. I have the heart to do this, just not the knowledge without YOUR HELP!!!
I call anyone & discuss the problem & the "mechanic" I have help me, has ZERO problems with me telling him what to do based on your recommendations.
