help again,...............please

This is sooooooooooooooooo much fun.

Anyone want to drive to Cali to figure out my truck? Or at least tell me other ways to fix this. I have had 3, !! YES 3!!! mechanics out here to check my trucks fuel pressure. What a joke. NONE of them have an adapter to fit my truck......the 1 yesturday was asked as nicely as I could, to go away. He dropped a wrench on my alternator
I have found that the wastegate is toast. new one coming.
BUT, the fuel issue is still there, not at idle, only under load. What can I disconnect or check or ??????? until the pressure gauge I ordered gets here?
I have the AE & it only shows the P0476 now. I also need to know what to do about the GEM I have to install. I think I read somewhere that it needs to be "programmed"" to my truck? (gotta find that article)
I'm afraid to let anyone touch this truck at this point. The guy yesturday was shocked at how much I knew & I was shocked at how little he knew!!!

I realize this is tough to do online, but ask me ?'s & I can either tell you what I have found or can go find out.
Its been almost 3 weeks at home, I'm running out of $$$ to fix this as I'm supposed to be moving.
It was running great, I still think it has something plugged up as it took 3 weeks to get to where I won't drive it.

thanks ..................................................

hopefully

oh yeah, I ordered the orings from Dieselorings & did the regulator, it was fine though. I have the whole 'mechanics kit' in case I need to tear more things apart.
