Current mods are just a full flowing exhaust, Edge juice with attitude and a K+N cold air intake. He wants to upgrade his fuel system and turbo setup. He is looking for WHP #'s in the 500+ and WTQ in the 700+ range if achievable. Truck needs to be fully streetable, and will be used more as a toy than a daily driver. Pulling a livestock trailer and truck pulls are a few things this truck needs to continue doing. We are looking for advice in regards to a turbo setup/fuel system and piggyback controller combination that has worked with good success. Current mods that we plan to do to prepare for the added power include: machine heads for fire-ring head gaskets, head studs, custom traction bars and looking into the best clutch option. Anyone able to give me some input of what they have used that worked would be greatly appreciated. Trying to do my homework prior to jumping into this one. Thanks in advance.

If you want to do everything listed the FIRST thing he needs to do is ditch the Edge and K&N, which are both JUNK on a 6.0. Go with an SCT with custom programming or the new Spartan tuner which will have a LOT more options than the SCT. No piggyback controller will be able to do what either of those 2 tuners can do. Fire-ring headgaskets are a waste of money for 500hp. You can search the threads here and find all the info you could possibly want on doing the mods you listed. Good luck with your build.
