Rear A/C
I know it may sound silly, but be sure that the control switches are set properly. I believe that the front controls have an 'override' that may nullify the way that the temperature dial is set at the rear switch.
Not sure if the Expeditions are that way, but the E-Series vans were.
Just a thought!
