7.3 engine compartment isn't as jammed as a 6.0 and with a lift a 6.0 can be yanked out in 3 hours. If you have the time and money I would think pulling it to fix it and then while it's out add some more go fast goodies to it would be the best route or you can get a 2 1/2" holesaw and find someone with small hands to retrive the jibber jabber thing.
