Pulled the problem rotor (passenger rear) and took it back to parts store. Turns out the inside diameter of the rotor was machined wrong. Looking straight down on it, one side was visibly wider than the other, which made it oblong. Only I would get a part made wrong from the factory...
I won't have the new rotor until lunch time tomorrow. I've got stuff to do and I'm going crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats life... Guess I've got to ride my bike to the beer store.
