fuel mileage
hi everyone, im new to the forum, and looking for any input on my 01 F350 crew cab lb w/7.3 PSD. Im looking to of course max out as much mpg with this beast, and would appreciate any input you may have with your experience. It currently has a 4" banks exhaust from the turbo back, 4" lift and leveling kit with 315/75/16's. No chip or intake yet. I purchased truck just recently, current owner had the 4"pipe from turbo back with no muffler, but was really really loud and as that was cool in my teen years and early twenties, I had the banks muffler added on to quiet it down. Current owner said he would get 17mpg in town and around 20 on highway. Does that sound right? or some bs, hard to believe with the size of this truck. Any input would greatly be appreciated, thanks.
