I have a '95 F-350 myself and i'm not too sure about the OD light blinking (maybe a solenoid going out in the trans
) but the fuel leak i can point you in the right direction from personal experience last year..... Its most likely the fuel filter housing starting to leak. It's gonna be hard to detect because they start to rust out from the bottom and start leaking onto the motor valley which inturn leaks down the backside of the engine onto the ground.
when mine went out, it hadnt ran for awhile so i decided to change the fuel filter..... well, when i did that, it started pouring diesel on to the ground from the backside of the engine and i took it in and $1500 later the fuel leak was fixed!
but let me know if your gonna find that cliff or not!
