To Chip or not to CHip....

Hey guys, im sure this qiestion has been asked many times before but here goes again. I currently own a 2006 F350 I am thinking about purchasing a Diablo sport programmer for my truck. The reason I was leaning in this direction is that a frien of mone has it instaled on his 07 outlaw, running on the 65 hp setting, ecnomy/perf or whatever its called. My question is....Will running this on my truck should I worry about head gasket failure? I dont have any guages installed (pyro/egt) I have the stock intake but have a 4" MBRP turbo back exaust. I do a lot of highway driving so would love the fuel mileage gains my buddies outlaw has but am intereste in owning this truck for a long time. It currently now has 88000km on it ive owned it since 40, IM not hard on the truck its a highway queen with the ocasional trailer pulling (27 ft camper, 4 place sled trailer ) and very light footed save for the ocasional boredom burst of speed. should I be leaving it stock or am I safe to run a chip with no head studs or intake.

Thanks team!
