Yes and no. You can use the audio leads that feed the factory amp. You'll just have to terminate them with a n RCA connector. You can pick up these bare terminals at radioshack for peanuts. They do require soldering though. However, the factory amp, for whatever dumb reason, uses a 6v signal for remote turn on so you'll have to run something seperate from a 12v source. What I did was just run power through one of my upfitter switches.
