You may have never been screwed over by a dealership, but there are many who has been. I've been severely taken for a ride a few times.
My wife's van has a power slide door, but a cable broke. I found out that it's going to cost me over $700 to repair. I told them that's BS for a simple system. That's robbery it's best. I call it as I see it, "stealership". I don't find it cute or funny either. You pay thourgh the nose to use these "resources" at the dealership. I call this "enlightenment" BS also.
$469 for a "plastic" grill is not only stupid, but it's robbery for a part that only cost $20 to $25 to make if that.
