She absolutely did the right thing!! She had no where to go and had locked herself in and hunkered down.
Reading one of the comments below the article, ".....the apple didn't fall to far from the tree." My concern here is that some of the family members don't go there to do her harm because she protected herself.
OTOH, maybe she's down at the "Guns-R-US" store 'enhancing' her arsenal.
