We used to follow the oil change schedule at 10k or less depending on how much we tow. We only tow the bobcat once every 2 months for 300 miles or so. Other than this it's standard city/hwy driving. After the 2nd engine replacement we starting babying the truck to make sure - because we couldn't afford anymore time down. We did oil changes every 5k using only synthetic oil.
