One thing I will say for the 10k mod... holy fuel economy. I just ran a 500 mile trip that i normally get ~17-18 mpg depending on wind direction and speed. With the 10k resistor in it looks like I got about 22-23 (waiting to fillup again so i can hand calc it).

Any things special about the ICP sensor replacement? just twist off and twist on?
The 10k mod varies from truck to truck. Some people get better results from the 5.6k, & I thought I heard other claims about lower ohm resistors(????). Sometimes they do increase MPGs. The bottom line is; it's no good for the ICP. I had a Banks Six-Gun(yeah-yeah, I know)which is pretty much a very expensive 10k mod & I was frying ICP sensors left & right. After I ditched the Six-Gun, I haven't had a problem with the ICP & my truck idles much better than it did. There's no special method of taking the ICP sensor off. Like you said, Matt, just unscrew it & reinstall the new one. Just make sure you use some electrical contact cleaner on the plug if it's soaked with oil & dry the plug itself as best as you can. Good luck with the TS chip!
