These trucks are too big to be screwing around with on the streets. There was an accident in my town last week where a guy was driving his un-modified 2500 cummins on a city street too fast. That is, 60 in a 35 zone. He made a lane change to the right and smashed a Ford Escape. Killed all the occupants in the escape, the Ram looked untouched for the most part. Now a new high school graduate has killed 3 people because of speeding. He may get jail time for this. I really hope he does.
And this was *not* a street race. It was an accident, and it happened at 60mph. Imagine one of these things losing control and hitting god knows what at 100mph or more. We all know what these trucks are capable of. I think that those of you who are endorsing street racing really ought to take a good look at yourselves, and see what it is that you are trying to prove. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how fast your vehicle is.
